This is a 10 unit (5 duplexes) courtyard built in 1948 comprised of 2 two bedroom apartments, 2 one bedroom apartments, and 6 studio apartments. A throwback to old Tucson with polished concrete floors, original tile in baths and kitchens, and tiled roofed porches.
